All the edge trim detail replaced with plastic coated
steel flashings.
   
Kingsditch Industrial Estate, Cheltenham
Built up flat roofing system comprising
50mm insulation and a three layer felt system. The pictures
show the new raised roof and the lower existing roof
of the adjacent building.
Gloucester Town Centre, Co-op Bank
These pictures show a stairwell roof that
needed replacing. It was done using a felt overlay system
comprising of 2mm torch on felt, 4mm torch on felt followed
by solar reflective silver paint. The first picture
shows the roof before the work was done the following
three show the roof after it was completed.
   
Bristol Novelties
This is a brick building that needed renovating
following a fire. Galvanised steel rails were fixed
into brickwork then clad in 0.7mm coated steel sheets
in goosewing grey.
 
H J Chard, Bristol
This new build consisted of a bare portal
steel frame. Fixed to this 0.4mm white liner panels
followed by 83mm ash grid bar system with 83mm factory
clad insulation. The outside was finished with 0.7mm
plastic coated steel sheet. The vertical and roof were
completed with flashings and fixings. The whole building
was fitted with a "Ward" gutter system.
  
Swindon Cheyney Manor Industrial Estate
These pictures show work completed on
two buildings. Each had existing bonded asbestos roofing
which needed to be removed. To comply with Health and
Safety the whole area was air monitored during the process.
The new roofs were then fitted with Kingspan composite
panels with 40mm core insulation. Each building had
10% GRP roof lights. The canopy roof was reinstated
with 0.7mm plastic coated sheeting. Both building with
finished in Goosewing grey with poppy red flashings.
